No — you control where to use the provided Contact Flow snippet. Our platform returns attributes (IsHoliday / IsMaintenance / MessageKey) that your flow can use to branch.

Yes — we show diffs and let you run staged/canary updates before committing to production.

Where are configs stored?

By default, per-account DynamoDB (provisioned during enrolment). Optionally, you can join aggregated analytics in our SaaS environment.
